- After 2 days, your order may already be in production or shipped, and we wonβt be able to cancel it.

β οΈ Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production or been shipped.
π Refunds for Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, weβre happy to offer a replacement or refund.
- You must raise a claim within 8 days after the order has been marked as delivered.
- Please share clear photos of the issue, including the defect, label, and packaging.
- Once approved, weβll either:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost
- Or issue a full refund to your original payment method
